What is Estate Portal? – Vision and Development Direction
Estate Portal in its current form is a next-generation real estate presentation system that makes properties visible in an international environment through structured digital property profiles.
However, the development of the platform does not stop here.
Mobile Application and Self-Service System
In the next phase of development, a mobile application-based solution is also being planned, which will allow users to connect to the system in a more direct way.
The goal is to create an environment where:
- property management becomes simpler
- processes can be partially automated
- owners can manage listings more independently
- the system becomes digitally scalable
Automation and International Scaling
The long-term goal is to build a fully automated digital real estate presentation ecosystem that:
- operates in a multilingual environment
- ensures international reach
- and enables a standardized yet flexible presentation model

Estate Portal is moving in one direction:
