The Property Owner is responsible for:

• accuracy of provided data
• legality of submitted content
• ownership and authorization regarding the property

The Service Provider:

• is not obliged to verify the data
• does not assume responsibility for its accuracy

During content processing, the following may occur:

• structuring
• translation
• optimization

The Service Provider is entitled to use:

• AI-based tools
• human editorial processing combined with automated systems

The Property Owner agrees that the property may:

• be displayed on the platform
• be published in multiple languages
• be distributed through digital channels

This may include promotional visibility.

The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for:

• success of property sale
• market performance
• behavior of interested parties
• outcome of transactions

The service does not guarantee:

• buyers
• offers
• successful sales

Communication is conducted directly between the Property Owner and interested parties.

The Service Provider:

• does not mediate
• does not participate in negotiations
• does not handle financial transactions

The platform currently operates as a closed system where content is managed by the Service Provider.

A self-service system and mobile application may be introduced in the future.

The service is:

• one-time fee based
• payable in advance
• non-refundable

Payment becomes final upon commencement of the service.

The Service Provider reserves the right to:

• suspend
• remove property listings

especially in cases of:

• inaccurate or misleading data
• legal or ethical issues
• inactivity

The website is hosted on servers located within the European Union. Technical data may be automatically logged, such as IP address, timestamp, and browser information.
